Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. We don't use filters or photo editors. The product is 100% the same as what you see on our website. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

On each order you place, You will automatically receive an email with the receipt number, and you can track your order online with the reference number we provide at the time of confirmation of your order. 

How can I return an item?

You would need to send us an email at lineagelimited88@gmail.com, and we will guide you on how to arrange the appointment for pick up and receive or cancellation. For more information, please read our Refund & Return Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Out-of-stock items are sometimes restocked or replaced with other items, but you can contact us for related issues. 

Where can I ship my order?

You would need to guide us to your delivery address, where we ship your order.
